Pat Taylor, creator of functional stoneware, juried member of the former Georgia Designer Craftsman and the Georgia Mountain Crafts Associations. The Bascom is a non-profit art center serving the region"s visual arts needs. We provide exhibits, the Bascom Collection, artworks by 20th- and 21st-century visual artists from the southeastern United States, a lecture series, and art and craft workshops for all artists. The Bascom will now be open 7 days a week. Mon-Sat 10am-5pm and Sun 12pm-5pm. Closed New Year's Day, Easter Sunday, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
